| | I have quite bad psoriasis. It isn't debilitating really although I am tend not to uncover the affected areas in public. I've tried most available alternative remedies from time to time though nothing really seems to help (this might be affected by the fact that I like to drink alcohol). What really seems to help is the climate and exposure to the sun's rays. I live on the coast in UK and during the summer certain affected areas start to clear. |
